Schiavone and Zbyszko previewed the complete card. In the parking lot, LCW Chairman of the Board Ted Turner was shown arriving to the arena. After he got out of his limousine, Turner turned and said to someone in the car, “Just stay here until I come get you.”

Don Muraco (with Sir Oliver Humperdink) defeated Gorgeous Jimmy Garvin (with Precious) in 6:25 by pinfall after a shoulderbreaker.

From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone and Larry Zbyszko talked about Magnum TA being the “heart and soul” of Legends Championship Wrestling and the longest reigning LCW Universal Champion in LCW history as Magnum was shown arriving to arena earlier in the evening. Bill Mercer approached Magnum and asked about his vision after the Great Muta spit his black mist in Magnum's eyes last week on LCW Showdown. Magnum said his vision was only slightly impaired, but he was ready to defend the title.

LCW International Champion Tully Blanchard (with Baby Doll) defeated Diamond Dallas Page in 9:09 by pinfall after the slingshot suplex after Dr. Death Steve Williams interfered and accidentally hit Page with a spear. Williams was attempting to hit Blanchard with the spear, but Blanchard moved out of the way and Williams hit Page instead. Williams got down in his three-point stance and was going to hit Blanchard with a shoulderblock, but while he was in position waiting for Blanchard to get back to his feet, Baby Doll got in the ring and hit Williams with a low blow. When Blanchard got back to his feet, he picked up Page and hit him with the slingshot suplex for the pinfall and the win.

In the back, Bill Mercer interviewed Mr. Fuji, who was with LCW United States Tag Team Champions The Powers of Pain, about their upcoming titles vs. careers match with Kendo Nagasaki and the Great Kabuki, Fuji’s former charges. Fuji said that Nagasaki and Kabuki didn’t want to listen to him and wanted to blame him for their shortcomings and now it was going to cost them their careers in Legends Championship Wrestling. Fuji said they were losers and the Powers of Pain were going to prove it and send back to Japan.

LCW United States Tag Team Champions The Powers of Pain (with Mr. Fuji) defeated Kendo Nagasaki and the Great Kabuki in 7:33 by pinfall in a titles vs. careers match when the Barbarian pinned Nagasaki after the diving headbutt. As a result of the loss, Kabuki and Nagasaki had to leave Legends Championship Wrestling.

From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone and Larry Zbyszko talked about the Great Muta being the most impactful Japanese import on American professional wrestling. Schiavone talked about Muta’s title history including winning the AJPW Triple Crown Championship, the IWGP Heavyweight Championship, and the NWA World Heavyweight Championship. Schiavone noted that Muta had already won the LCW Universal Championship once before, in 2005 from Hulk Hogan, but he did it with help from the Yakuza Mafia. Schiavone said Muta wanted to regain the LCW Universal Championship, but he would have to do it this time without the Yakuza Mafia.

Rick Martel defeated LCW United States Champion Tito Santana in 13:28 by submission to win the LCW United States Championship after Santana missed an attempted flying forearm smash and Martel forced Santana to submit with the Boston Crab. During the match, Martel had focused on Santana’s back, at one point sending him back first into the steel ring post.

In the back, Dr. Death Steve Williams was seen making his way through the arena corridor on his way to the ring for his match with Barry Windham when he passed by Diamond Dallas Page. Williams apologized to Page for hitting him with the spear in his match with LCW International Champion Tully Blanchard earlier in the evening. Williams said it was an accident. Page said he understood and wished Williams luck and told him to get the job. Page said he would have Williams’ back if he needed his help. The two men shook hands and Williams walked away.

Dr. Death Steve Williams defeated Barry Windham (with J.J. Dillon) in 10:14 by pinfall after the Oklahoma Stampede. During the match, LCW International Champion Tully Blanchard came out and was going to hit Williams with the belt, but Diamond Dallas Page came out and hit Blanchard with the Diamond Cutter.

In the back, Bill Mercer interviewed The Raging Bull Manny Fernandez who said everyone kept approaching him, in airports, in hotel lobbies, at the bar, and they all want to know why he helped Terry Funk to his feet a few weeks ago and shook his hand after beating him several weeks ago on LCW Showdown. He said that no matter what happened between then, no matter the differences between them, he always had respect for Terry Funk. Fernandez said One Man Gang thought he could get inside his head and take advantage of him. Fernandez said Gang thought he sensed weakness and could capitalize on that, but Fernandez said there wasn’t any weakness. He said Gang was going to find out firsthand why Funk nicknamed him the Raging Bully.

The Raging Bull Manny Fernandez defeated One Man Gang in 8:51 by pinfall after the Flying Burrito. After the match, King Kong Bundy came out and attacked Fernandez, hitting him with the Avalanche before leaving ringside with Gang.

In the back, Bill Mercer interviewed Ken Patera and Sgt. Slaughter about their upcoming match with the Bolsheviks. Patera said he was going to prove to General Skandor Akbar and Sheik Adnan Al-Kassie or any of the others Disciples of Allah to be successful. Mercer asked if they were worried about Akbar and Al-Kassie interfering and Slaughter said that he had already taken care of that issue.

Ken Patera and Sgt Slaughter defeated the Bolsheviks (with General Skandor Akbar and Sheik Adnan Al-Kassie) in 6:17 by submission when Slaughter forced Boris Zhukov to submit to the Cobra Clutch and Patera forced Volkoff to submit to the full nelson. Before the match, Slaughter introduced various members of the US Armed Forces who surrounded the ring and chased Akbar and Al-Kassie from ringside and forced them to watch the match from the entrance stage. After the match, the members of the US Armed Forces got into the ring with Slaughter and Patera.

In the back, Bill Mercer interviewed Missy Hyatt, Wildfire Tommy Rich, Austin Idol, and Hollywood John Tatum. Hyatt said she would do whatever it took to make sure that Wildfire Tommy Rich wins the LCW Television Championship from Brutus The Barber Beefcake tonight.

The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express defeated the Long Riders (with Maw Bass) in 8:26 by pinfall when Ricky Morton pinned Black Bart after the missile dropkick.

In the back, Bill Mercer interviewed Paul Orndorff who said he was going to prove that Kevin Sullivan didn’t deserve to be the LCW Heritage Champion. Orndorff said that if Ric Flair and the Horsemen hadn’t beaten him down, Sullivan would have never pinned him and would have never gone on in the Heritage Championship Contenders Tournament a few months ago to beat Don Muraco to become the number one contender for the LCW Heritage Championship. Orndorff said if it wasn’t for Flair and the Horsemen, he would have beaten Sullivan, he would have beaten Muraco, and he would have been the one to win the LCW Heritage Championship from Superstar Billy Graham. Orndorff said it didn’t matter because tonight he was going to make everything right again when he wins the LCW Heritage Championship from Kevin Sullivan.

LCW Heritage Champion Kevin Sullivan (with Luna Vachon) defeated Paul Orndorff in 7:23 by pinfall with a rollup with his feet on the ropes.

In the back, Bill Mercer interviewed Col. Robert Parker who was with Cowboy Bob Orton and Dirty Dick Slater. Parker said he was ready to take the gold from the LCW World Tag Team Champions The Nasty Boys. Mercer asked Parker about Maw Bass and Parker said he would think about giving the Long Riders a shot at the title.

Wildfire Tommy Rich (with Missy Hyatt) defeated LCW Television Champion Brutus Beefcake in 9:33 by pinfall after the Wildfire Driver to win the LCW Television Championship. During the match, Beefcake locked the sleeper on Rich and almost had him knocked out when Missy Hyatt came out and jumped up on the ring apron, distracting the referee. Austin Idol came out and tried to attack Beefcake, but Beefcake fought him off and clotheslined him over the top rope. Meanwhile, Hollywood John Tatum was running out to ringside, but Beefcake hit him with a high knee lift, knocking him off the ring apron before he even got in the ring. However, when Beefcake turned around, Rich blasted him with a dropkick and then hit him with the Wildfire Driver for the pinfall and the win.

In the back, Bill Mercer interviewed the new LCW Television Champion Wildfire Tommy Rich and Missy Hyatt, with Hollywood John Tatum and Austin Idol. Rich talked about who would get the first shot at the title and Idol stepped up and said he would be honored to wrestle his friend for the title. Tatum then stepped in and asked Idol why he thought he deserved a shot at the title. Missy Hyatt tried to calm everyone down as the situation escalated and she said they would discuss it later.

LCW World Tag Team Champions The Nasty Boys defeated Cowboy Bob Orton and Dirty Dick Slater (with Col. Robert Parker) in 7:16 by pinfall when Brian Knobbs pinned Orton after Cowboy Ron Bass interfered and hit Orton with his boot from the middle rope. During the match, Orton hit Knobbs with the Superplex as Slater and Jerry Sags brawled outside the ring. Moments later, Maw Bass and the Long Riders came out and Bart joined Sags in attacking Slater, but they soon started brawling with each other outside the ring as Bass took off his boot, climbed into the ring, jumped up on the middle rope and hit Orton, who was attempting to pin Knobbs, on the back of the head with the boot. Bass put draped Knobbs’ arm over Orton. Bass slipped out of the ring as several referees came out to escort Bass and Bart from ringside and to separate Slater and Sags and the referee returned his attention to the ring and made the pinfall count for the win.

In the back, Ted Turner returned to his limousine with security officials and opened the back door. A masked man got out of the limousine and followed Turner through the arena corridor.

From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone announced that “Wrong” by Depeche Mode from their new album “Sounds of the Universe” had been selected as the official theme song for the LCW Torment 2009 pay-per-view.

LCW Universal Champion Magnum TA defeated the Great Muta in 18:36 by disqualification after Masahiro Chono, Hiroyoshi Tenzan, and Kensuke Sasaki interfered and attacked Magnum TA. After the match, as the Yakuza Mafia continued attacking Magnum TA until Nikita Koloff, Dr. Death Steve Williams, and Big Van Vader came out to help Magnum. However, the Yakuza Mafia were too much for Magnum, Koloff, Williams, and Vader. Suddenly, Bill Goldberg came out and surveyed the scene in the ring with Magnum, Koloff, Williams, and Vader laid out in the ring and the Yakuza Mafia standing over them. Magnum TA started making his way to his feet and when he was back on his feet, Goldberg looked at him and then laid him out with a spear before leaving the ring and joining LCW Chairman of the Board Ted Turner and LCW General Manager Eric Bischoff, who had come out moments earlier, on the entrance stage. Turner and Bischoff, on either side of Goldberg, raised his arms in victory. From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone said, “What the hell has just happened? What have we just witnessed?”

"Wrong" by Depeche Mode from their new album, Sounds Of The Universe, is the official theme song for the LCW Torment 2009 pay-per-view on Sunday, April 12th, only on LCWTorment.com. Click here to purchase the album now!

LCW Breaking Point 2009 Pay-Per-View Preview

I would like to first introduce myself. I’m Matthew Saye, and I will be the official preview writer for Legends Championship Wrestling shows. It’s a privilege and honor to be working in Legends Championship Wrestling.

Ladies and gentlemen, it’s time once again for another Legends Championship Wrestling pay-per-view extravaganza: LCW Breaking Point, which comes to you live this Sunday, March 22nd, 2009. Below is the complete card, plus predictions from yours truly. So let’s get started, shall we?

LCW World Tag Team Champions The Nasty Boys vs. Cowboy Bob Orton and Dirty Dick Slater (with Col. Robert Parker):
The Nasty Boys became the LCW World Tag Team Champions at the LCW Endgame 2008 pay-per-view last December and since then they have proved a formidable force in the tag team ranks of Legends Championship Wrestling. It was only through Col. Robert Parker’s betrayal of his apparent love interest, Maw Bass, that he was able to get his team, Cowboy Bob Orton and Dirty Dick Slater an LCW World Tag Team Championship title shot. This begs the question to me, as I’m sure it does to you; if Parker was willing to turn on his love interest, what will he be willing to do in order to make sure that Cowboy Bob Orton and Dirty Dick Slater become LCW World Tag Team Champions?

Official Prediction: Cowboy Bob Orton and Dirty Dick Slater to become the new LCW World Tag Team Champions.

LCW United States Tag Team Champions The Powers of Pain (with Mr. Fuji) vs. Kendo Nagasaki and the Great Kabuki in a titles vs. careers match:
If anything on the LCW Breaking Point 2009 pay-per-view is going to be viewed as a “big match”, this would certainly be that match. Kendo Nagasaki and the Great Kabuki have put their careers on the line, for a chance to become the LCW United States Tag Team Champions. Mr. Fuji is desperate to rid himself of his former charges, Kabuki and Nagasaki, who turned on Fuji several weeks ago after he cost them a victory and then blamed them for the loss. It’s a risk and reward situation for the team, as Kabuki and Nagasaki put their livelihoods on the line, all to become champions. For the Powers of Pain, it’s all about staying on the mountain top and leaving the Staples Center still the LCW United States Tag Team Champions. And of course, we must ask, will Mr. Fuji play a factor in this match?

Official Prediction: Kabuki and Nagasaki MUST win this match and become LCW United States Champions.

Don Muraco vs. Gorgeous Jimmy Garvin (with Precious):
The tension between Don Muraco and Gorgeous Jimmy Garvin has been building for some time now, and will finally culminate at the LCW Breaking Point pay-per-view this Sunday. It’s a match about respect, it’s a score to be settled. But like with the LCW United States Tag Team Championship match, will Precious become a problem for Don Muraco?

Official Prediction: Gorgeous Jimmy Garvin to win the match.

Dr. Death Steve Williams vs. Barry Windham (With J.J. Dillon):
There can be no doubt in the hearts and the minds of any LCW fan, that Dr. Death Steve Williams has been a driving, destructive and very, very dominant force in Legends Championship Wrestling. At LCW Breaking Point this Sunday, Barry Windham will feel the full force of Dr. Death, when the two square off in the middle of the ring. This does not discount Windham’s ability to “get things done” in the ring. He has made a very much felt impact since making his return to Legends Championship Wrestling. Will this be enough to overcome the dominant force that is Dr. Death?

Official Prediction: Dr. Death to pick up the win.

The Raging Bull Manny Fernandez vs. One Man Gang:
A couple of weeks ago on LCW Showdown, the Raging Bull Manny Fernandez shook Terry Funk’s hand after a match between the two rivals, which saw Funk leave Legends Championship Wrestling to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. However, many have questioned Fernandez’s apparent “change of heart”. No-one expect Fernandez will ever know if that was genuine or not. Since that time, however, One Man Gang has questioned the Raging Bull, challenging that Fernandez had “gone soft”. We’ll find out at LCW Breaking Point this Sunday, if that in fact is true.

Official Prediction: The Raging Bull Manny Fernandez to get the victory.

Ken Patera and Sgt. Slaughter vs. The Bolsheviks (with General Skandor Akbar and Sheik Adnan Al-Kassie):
As a member of the Disciples of Allah, and with their help, Ken Patera secured the LCW United States Championship. However, after losing the title, General Skandor Akbar and Sheik Adnan Al-Kassie turned on Patera and kicked him out of the group. Since his departure from the group, Patera has been struggling within himself to see whether he can still achieve the success he had as a member of the Disciples of Allah. Recruiting the help of Sgt. Slaughter as a back-up, Patera will attempt to prove this Sunday at LCW Breaking Point that he is as good without them as he was with them. However, the Bolsheviks are no slouches themselves, being former LCW United States Tag Team Champions and they have a credible chance of coming out on top here, too.

Official Prediction: This is a harder one to predict, but; the Bolsheviks to come out on top.

The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express vs. The Long Riders (with Maw Bass):
With Maw Bass desperate to prove that her boys, the Long Riders are a formidable tag team in Legends Championship Wrestling, she has to be worried as they prepare to do battle with the Rock ‘n’ Roll Express this Sunday. Bass’s boys lost a contenders match to Cowboy Bob Orton and Dirty Dick Slater, else they would have been facing LCW World Tag Team Champions The Nasty Boys this Sunday. As for the Rock ’n’ Roll Express, they recently returned and are looking to make a big impact in Legends Championship Wrestling. It remains to be seen if that can be done. If it can, Sunday at Breaking Point would be a great start.

Official Prediction: The Rock ’n’ Roll Express to be victorious as The Long Riders continue their bad luck streak.

LCW Television Champion Brutus Beefcake vs. Wildfire Tommy Rich
After repeatedly helping Brutus Beefcake to retain his LCW Television Championship, not to mention helping him to fight off Austin Idol and Hollywood John Tatum, Wildfire Tommy Rich felt betrayed and under appreciated when Beefcake denied him a shot at the LCW Television Championship. However, this Sunday at the LCW Breaking Point 2009 pay-per-view, Rich will get that shot against Beefcake, all that remains is for him to become the LCW Television Champion. Can he get it done? And what role will Missy Hyatt, Tatum, and Idol, who Rich has aligned himself with since turning on Beefcake, play in the match.

Official Prediction: Tommy Rich to become the new LCW Television Champion.

LCW Heritage Champion Kevin Sullivan (with Luna Vachon) vs. Paul Orndorff:
When Paul Orndorff refused former LCW Legend Ric Flair his spot in the Heritage title tournament a few months back, Flair and his group, The Four Horseman beat Orndorff down. This, while not being the entire reason, was a very good portion of the reason that Orndorff isn’t the current LCW Heritage Champion. Should this not have happened, there is a very good chance that Kevin Sullivan wouldn’t currently be holding the prestigious belt. We’ll only have to wait until this Sunday to see whether the former LCW Universal Champion Paul Orndorff can once again taste the gold once again.

Official Prediction: Paul Orndorff will pull one out and become LCW Heritage Champion.

LCW United States Champion Tito Santana vs. Rick Martel:
There can be no questioning the history between LCW United States Champion Tito Santana and Rick Martel. The two men go back many years, as far back as the WWF when they were a dominant duo as Strike Force. It took 20 years for Santana to once again trust Martel, after Martel left Santana to fight for himself in a match against The Brain Busters at WrestleMania V. The decision to trust Martel again would be a decision that Santana would regret. After winning the LCW United States Championship while Martel was injured, Martel became jealous and eventually turned on Santana after Santana wanted to focus on singles competition. Could decision that COULD cost Santana the LCW United States Championship this Sunday night at LCW Breaking Point.

Official Prediction: Tito Santana to retain the LCW United States Championship.

LCW International Champion Tully Blanchard (with Baby Doll) vs. Diamond Dallas Page:
Diamond Dallas Page has vowed that he would take out the Horseman and started targeting them one by one. This Sunday, he attempts to do just that, when he faces LCW International Champion Tully Blanchard for the strap. Can DDP take the title and take out Blanchard all in one night? We’ll find out this Sunday when LCW returns to pay-per-view.

Official Prediction: Diamond Dallas Page to win the match.

LCW Universal Champion Magnum TA vs. The Great Muta:
The Great Muta is a former IWGP Champion, which brings a lot of credibility with him as he attempts to take the LCW Universal Championship away from current proprietor Magnum TA. TA is the current, and longest reigning Champion in Legends Championship Wrestling history, as he surpasses Stone Cold Steve Austin with his reign atop the mountain in LCW. However, with The Great Muta’s endless list of credentials, not to mention the green, red and black mist that Muta has used on the Champion time and time again on Showdown recently, Magnum’s reign is in dire jeopardy this Sunday. It was only this past week on LCW Showdown that Magnum was spewed in the eyes by Muta’s deadly black mist, causing some concern, and doubt as to whether Magnum will have full vision heading into this Sunday’s Breaking Point 2009 pay-per-view. Don’t discredit Magnum, as he has been a fighting Champion in LCW, taking on any and all comers who step in his way. Leaving a trail of defeated foes in his wake as his reign as Champion rolls into Breaking Point this Sunday. Will we witness the end to the incredible Magnum TA era, or will a new chapter in the Champions begin this Sunday?

Official Prediction: The Great Muta becomes LCW Universal Champion, thus ending Magnum TA‘s long and illustrious title reign.

Final Thoughts:
All in all, LCW Breaking Point 2009 is a can’t miss for any and all fans of Legends Championship Wrestling. The unpredictability, volatility and full-on chaos is sure to be a very prominent feature to this years edition of LCW Breaking Point. It’s this Sunday, don’t miss out!

LCW Breaking Point 2008 Pay-Per-View Results 03.23.08

LCW Breaking Point 2008 Pay-Per-View Results (March 23, 2008) live from the Verizon Center in Washington, DC.

From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone and Larry Zbyszko welcomed everyone to LCW Breaking Point 2008 as "Hold On" by Korn, the official theme song of LCW Breaking Point 2008, played in the background and as fireworks exploded all over the arena.

LCW United States Champion Diamond Dallas Page defeated Randy Savage in 9:23 by pinfall after the Diamond Cutter. Dennis Condrey said the Midnight Express formed almost 25 years ago and tonight they were going to realize their destiny by becoming the number one contenders for the LCW World Tag Team Championships and then taking the titles from either the Skyscrapers of the Rougeau Brothers next months at LCW Torment. Okerlund wished them luck and Condrey said, “We don’t need luck. We have destiny and that’s all we need.”

The Midnight Express defeated The Wild Samoans in 5:58 by pinfall when Bobby Eaton pinned Sika after the Alabama Jam in a match to determine the number one contenders for the LCW World Tag Team Championship.

In the back, Mean Gene Okerlund interviewed Lady Amazon as she arrived in the arena. Amazon said she would be at ringside. She said she was emotional when she pushed Ricky Morton away last week after hearing about her miscarriage after she was accidentally knocked off the ring apron in a match on LCW Showdown last week. She said she was a professional and was going to do what she did best, lead the Rock ‘n’ Roll Express to another victory.

LCW World Tag Team Champions The Skyscrapers defeated The Rougeau Brothers (with Jimmy Hart) in a tag team tables match after Sid Vicious powerbombed Raymond Rougeau through a table. After the match, the Midnight Express came out and attacked The Skyscrapers with steel chairs. Condrey went under the ring and brought a table into the ring and, after setting it up in the middle of the ring, they grabbed Sid Vicious and hit him with a double flapjack through the table. During the match, per pre-match stipulations, Luna Vachon was barred from the building for the duration of the match. After the match, as Graham was leaving the parking lot in victory, a vehicle sped towards him and when Graham turned around to see who was speeding towards him, the car hit him, running him down. Luna Vachon got out of the driver’s side and picked up Kevin Sullivan, throwing him into the passenger side and speeding away. As medical officials checked on the fallen Graham, from the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone said, “Luna Vachon was supposed to be banned from the arena, but she still found a way to make an impact and she could have killed Superstar Billy Graham.”

Don Muraco (with Mr. Fuji) defeated Brutus Beefcake in 4:39 by pinfall after Paul Orndorff interfered and attacked Beefcake, hitting him with the piledriver. During the match, Paul Orndorff came out and went after Mr. Fuji chasing him around the ring. Don Muraco noticed the melee at ringside, and spit in Orndorff’s direction. Mr. Fuji jumped up on the ring apron distracting the referee while Orndorff got into the ring and got in Muraco’s face. Beefcake stood behind Orndorff and Orndorff turned around and blasted Beefcake with several right hands before hitting him with the piledriver, allowing Muraco to score the pinfall and the win. After the match, Orndorff left the ring without saying anything.

In the parking lot, Superstar Billy Graham was shown being loaded into an ambulance as, from the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone talked about what a serious situation this was as footage was replayed of Luna Vachon running down Graham with her car. As the ambulance drove away, Schaivone speculated that the feud between Graham and Sullivan was far from over.

LCW Chairman of the Board Jim Crockett, Jr., appeared on the LegendsTron from LCW Headquarters in Sacramento, CA, with the LCW Board of Directors. Lying in front of him was the LCW Women’s Championship title belt. Crockett the following statement, “Many of us, like many of the legends in the locker rooms and the fans in attendance and watching around the world last week, were shocked and saddened by the announcement from LCW Women’s Champion Madusa Micelli last week on LCW Showdown that she was leaving Legends Championship Wrestling for, at this moment, an undisclosed amount of time. In light of the announcement, we are, after much thought and discussion, exercising our option as the governing body in Legends Championship Wrestling to vacant the LCW Women’s Championship effective immediately and we are declaring the title deactivated until further notice. Thank you.” The screen went blank and the audience voiced their disapproval.

LCW International Champion Dr. Death Steve Williams (with Cowboy Bill Watts) defeated Billy Jack Haynes in 7:19 by pinfall after the Oklahoma Stampede.

In the back, Gorgeous Jimmy Garvin and Precious laughed as Billy Jack Haynes was making his way through curtain after the match for losing to Dr. Death Steve Williams. Anderson told Abdullah to get to the ring and Abdullah left the locker room. Friday asked Anderson how he intended to stop both he and Kamala from going to ringside with Abdullah or interfering in the match if they wanted to, even if it meant being fired. LCW Television Champion Manny Fernandez and Koko B. Ware appeared with steel chairs and Anderson said they would be standing guard outside the door and would take action if Friday or Kamala tried to interfere. Anderson left and Fernandez and Ware took their place outside the locker room door.

Abdullah the Butcher defeated Iceman King Parsons in 0:42 by disqualification after he took his blindfold off in a blindfold match. Parsons began attacking Abdullah, who still had his blindfold on. Parsons grabbed a steel chair and blasted Abdullah, taking him down to a knee. Parsons’ then reached into his trunks and seconds later threw a fireball into Abdullah’s face. Abdullah screamed and writhed in pain on the mat as Parsons left the ring. From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone said, “This was about revenge, plain and simple. Iceman King Parsons extracted his pound of flesh from Abdullah the Butcher tonight!”

In the back, Paul Orndorff attacked Magnum TA backstage and threw him headfirst into a steel locker room door. Security and medical officials appeared and, while security escorted Orndorff out of the area, medical officials checked on the fallen Magnum TA. From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone speculated about the impact the attack would have on the main event. Schiavone said, “Will Magnum TA still be able to compete tonight? Will he be able to be Austin’s partner tonight?”

Cowboy Bob Orton and Dirty Dick Slater (with Col. Robert Parker) defeated LCW United States Tag Team Champions The Rock 'n' Roll Express (with Lady Amazon) in 6:09 by pinfall when Orton pinned Morton after the superplex to win the LCW United States Tag Team Championships. During the match, as Slater brawled with Gibson on the floor, Morton went to the top rope, but Lady Amazon jumped on the ring apron and pulled Morton down and he crotched himself on the top rope which allowed Orton to hit him with the superplex. Amazon grabbed the title belts after the pinfall, embraced Parker and handed the titles to Orton and Slater before leaving with them. From the broadcast booth, Tony Schiavone said, "What the hell has she done?" Zbyszko responded, “The better question is, could Col. Parker be…the father of Amazon’s baby!?”

In the back, Mean Gene Okerlund interviewed one of the medical officials about the condition of Magnum TA. The medical official said he wasn’t sure if Magnum TA had a concussion or not and that they were still running several tests. Okerlund asked if Magnum would be able to wrestle tonight in the main event and the medical official said he wasn’t sure. LCW General Manager Ole Anderson appeared and said if Magnum wasn’t medically cleared to wrestle, he wouldn’t be allowed to wrestle. Magnum appeared, clearly in pain, holding his head and said he was going out there with or without the doctor’s consent. Anderson said he would have to sign a waiver removing LCW from any and all legal liability if he’s injured. Magnum said this was the opportunity of a lifetime, a chance to become the number one contender for the LCW Universal Championship and he wasn’t going to miss it for anything, least of all a concussion. Okerlund reiterated the fact that if Hansen or Vader pin Austin or Magnum, they will be the number one contender for the LCW Universal Championship, but if Magnum pins either Hansen or Vader, he will be the number one contender for the LCW Universal Championship. Austin said he was worried about any body pinning him and, at this point, he wasn’t worried about Magnum TA pinning anyone either. He was however worried about Magnum getting pinned and he warned that if Magnum cost him the match it would be the last thing he ever did.

Stan Hansen and Big Van Vader (with Harley Race) defeated LCW Universal Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin and Magnum TA in 12:25 by pinfall when Hansen pinned Austin after Nikita Koloff interfered and hit Austin with Russian Sickle clothesline. As Koloff was hitting Austin with the Russian Sickle clothesline inside the ring, outside the ring, Magnum hit Vader with a belly-to-belly suplex on the floor. As Koloff was leaving the ring, he stood face to face with his old friend, Magnum TA. There was an uncomfortable moment between the two as they stared at each other until Koloff walked away.
